Engineers Daily Exercise

During this Coronavirus pandemic lockdown for the Covid-19 disease, we all need to exercise regularly and not just sit around the home office all day every day! It is not good for our bodies or our own mental health and wellbeing.

Daily Exercise

As one of the UK’s government’s salient points during this Lockdown period, everyone should get out and exercise if possible. 15 to 20 minutes of brisk exercise twice a day is great for our bodies to help them perform their routine functions that go towards keeping us in decent shape.
We don’t need to be weightlifters or photographic models to keep in top shape. But those lucky few amongst us can inspire this desire in the rest of us, to be fit and healthy.

To do this well we need to fight the temptation of eating extra snacks or worse, dipping into that dreaded chocolate box…!
One helpful tactic to utilise is to do your workout with your children in their home schooling breaks if possible.

Physical Exercise Instructor

But if that is not you, one YouTube PE instructor has become extremely popular with his regular morning exercises, and to keep your mind active at the same time, he employs a short quiz of interesting questions on general knowledge.
This is all done in a fun way… by Joe Wicks, a man with an enthusiastic sense of wit and humour! So, if you think it’s only my opinion that finds him so…?
Have a look at the numbers of people that follow his YouTube channel, how many…!

And daily, he can have up to 750,000 to 1,000,000 people viewing and exercising along with him at 9:00 am each morning, from all over the world…?

So, if this many people can come together during the Covid-19 pandemic! How many would come together for other good and worthy causes over the world?
